Find the right help for your next step.

A guide can explain the process. Only the seller or official agent can resolve an account, payment or live order.

Finding a product

Start with a category or use a specific product name. Open the listing and save the original URL; photos alone cannot recover a missing product.

Browse product categories →

Checking a listing

Compare size, colour and measurements against the selected option. The source-check tool identifies what is missing from your record.

Run the source check →

Ordering and paying

A product payment gets the item to the warehouse. International shipping is chosen and paid later; compare live costs in your account.

Warehouse photos and parcels

Check received items against the saved listing before approving a parcel. Ask the agent about visible discrepancies or a return while the item is still at the warehouse.

A problem with your order or account

Contact the official Pikobuy service with the order reference through its own support channels. This independent guide cannot view or alter your account.

Cost breakdown: what you actually pay

Plan for the product price and seller-to-warehouse domestic shipping first. The later parcel payment may include international freight, packaging or other services you choose. Agent service fees, payment processing, currency conversion and destination charges can also affect the total; check the current terms for your order.

Keep these amounts as separate lines in your budget. A low product price does not tell you the final parcel cost, and a shipping estimate is not a confirmed invoice. Compare the amount charged in your payment currency, including the exchange rate and any conversion fee, before approving each payment.

Glossary: QC, GL and RL

QC means quality check: warehouse photos or inspection information that help you compare the received item with the listing. GL means green light, informal community language for proceeding. RL means red light, a request to stop and resolve a concern.

These shorthand opinions are not an agent approval, authentication result or return instruction. State the actual issue—wrong size label, missing part or visible damage—and contact the agent before parcel submission if you need action. Follow the service's own return process and deadlines.
